Internally, we have also implemented a company-wide protocol to ensure that our staff can limit unnecessary exposures while effectively working off-site. Each member of our team has been provided with CDC guidelines should they present symptoms of COVID-19 or come in contact with an infected person.
With federal interest rates at historic lows, we recognize this is a great time to buy a home. But we also feel a very significant obligation and duty to ensure that your home buying experience is safe, comfortable and as stress-free as possible. To help us safeguard everyone, we do ask that if you or someone in your household is sick, please reschedule your appointment to visit with us or utilize technology/applications/communication methods that will keep everyone safe and help us get you in your new home.
